How To make The Most Perfect Brownies (3 Ways)



Good brownies don’t come from boxes, they come from the heart. By that I mean, lots of good butter, and made completely homemade. They don’t have to be super fancy. Just some butter, flour, chocolate, and you should be well on your way to the best brownies of all time.

    Small pot
    70g butter 2:25
    24g vegetable oil 2:28
    melt together

    Dry ingredients: Small/medium bowl
    73g All purpose flour 2:33
    56g cacao powder 2:37
    1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt 2:39
    whisk together

    Wet ingredients: Medium/large bowl
    150g light or dark brown sugar 2:48
    63g granulated sugar 2:50
    While whisking, add
    The butter and oil mixture 2:59
    2 whole eggs 3:02
    1 egg yolk
    Whisk fast, do not let it break
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3:13

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl
    Bake at 175 °C 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out
    Let it cool to room temperature before eating

  2. 35-40 minutes??? Aee you out of your mind?

    Ussualy I hold your recipes in really high regard, but I had a feeling it's too much and set it for 30 minutes, it STILL came out overbaked af. It's basically a choclate cake, no fudginess, no nothing, thick brick..

    Disappointment.

  3. For Josh's CHEWY RECIPE (In case you need a shopping list or don't want to watch the video for instructions/ingredients):

    You will need:

    Butter
    Vegetable Oil
    Cocao Powder
    Salt
    All Purpose Flower
    Brown Sugar
    Granulated White Sugar
    Eggs
    Vanilla Extract
    Parchment paper
    Whisk
    2 Mixing Bowls
    8×8 Baking Pan

    RECIPE DIRECTIONS:

    1. Add 1/3 cup or 70 grams of butter and 2 table spoon or 24 grams or vegetable oil. Heat until melted

    2. In seperate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup or 73 grams of flour, 1/2 cup or 56 grams of cocoa powder, and 1/2 teaspoon or 3 grams of salt

    3. In a new bowl, add 3/4 cup or 150 grams of brown sugar and 1/4 cup or 63 grams of white granulated sugar.

    4. Continue to whisk sugar mixture while adding melted butter mixture.

    5. Add 2 whole eggs to sugar and butter mixture 1 at a time WHISKING VIGOROUSLY between each.

    5. After 2 whole eggs, add 1 egg yolk. WHISK VIGOROUSLY.

    6. Add 2 teaspoons or 6 grams vanilla extract.

    7. Once everything is mixed, add flower mixture. WHISK GENTLY until smooth and glossy

    8. Add mixture into 8×8 greased/parchment lined baking pan

    9. Bake at 350°F OR 175°C for 30 to 35 minutes.

    10. Let cool before consumption or risk death.

  4. On the website recipe, the metric measurements are inaccurate. Once I did it by grams and the dough came out way too dry and I had to add way more liquid. Since then I bought a measuring cup set and the batter after mixing was perfect. I did one measurement, and the 3/4 cup cocoa powder was only 60g not 80. The butter is about 50g less, so don’t trust the metric side of the ingredients. I don’t like imperial fr
