Not gonna lie, when I saw the title of this clip, I got unreasonably excited that they might be rebooting the show for a new run. Obviously, you dont want a cash-in on a complete story. But there's so much they can do with the WHR world <3
Anime for grown-ups! A future police story that has a lot at stake, in a world where magic is real but gets no respect; where it spoils nothing to say that Robin has to run up against her own backstory and her bosses' hidden agenda, with a twist ending that could not have been predicted… I love this series!
Ergo proxy was great too.

I have a huge problem with the heavily implied romantic feelings between Amon and Robin. He's 27 and she's 15. That's so fucking inappropriate.
I actually didn't much like it when it aired back in the 2000s. But its kind of lingered in my subconscious. Reflecting on it, this was probably one of the better animes I watched.

Noir anime is such a rarity these days. Most anime today works on you like a can of monster energy drink rather than the Colombian Roast drink ones like GitS, Wolf's Rain, Cowboy Bebop, Ergo Proxy (which is so depressing but so good too) & Witch Hunter Robin. You felt good watching those. You felt good knowing that the story was gonna be something adult along with the action.
