Terrifying poltergeist activity in my haunted house. Lots going on in this one. Lots of poltergeist activity in this, starts in the kitchen, microwave opens up then the door shuts. A box shoots off the breakfast bar. Upstairs taps turn on and multiple things happen in the bedroom.

Have you read the book on the Enfield poltergeist? That eventually ran out of energy somehow and the phenomena ended. It was an interesting case. The book is This house is haunted by Guy Lyon Playfair, who investigated the case.

I’ve seen and heard a few things especially in my old house. I seen a shadow figure about 10 months ago. I was lying in bed and this thing was against my bedroom door. The room was in darkness but this thing was darker than the dark. All I could do was just stair at it. I’ve never spoken about it,because I know I’d probably be laughed at. It was weird I couldn’t move or speak to the wife. I find the only people that believe are the ones that’s had something happen to them. You are a brave man Lee,but you’ll be used to it m8. I don't know how you can get rid of it I mean I have my problem for like 2 years but it wasn't just severe but it was bad.
The crap that I had attacked me physically
Most of the time you couldn't see anything.
But other times what you saw I wasn't human in it was horrible. And I even had two witnesses. When they try to say oh you're nuts or something no you're not. Until it happens to them they don't know what it's like it changes your whole perspective on what you think is real and what isn't real.
