At 29 minutes I think those are the shadows permanently left in Hiroshima. I only glanced at it because I'm mad at my husband and refuse to pay attention but THAT caught my attention. When the atomic bomb annihilated human beings in Hiroshima their deaths and bodies left a permanent shadow/stain. Don't know what it is called. Just know that it is scary and sad and weird. Worth researching for sure.
