  1. I've always just followed the recipe on the package of Baker's brand baking chocolate and results have always been positive. I like toake cream cheese brownies and that variation is right on the package. I've taken them to potlucks and other events for years and years and folks have always been impressed. Have made them in a while but they're a great fudgey brownie that everyone enjoys.

  5. Erin, this is a pate brisse question. Just got your book and have tried the 9 inch pie recipe twice. I just do not have enough dough and it's rolled out very very thin (quilter Herr, so I'm good with a 1/4 " measurement. Help please!!!!! I am weighing the ingredients. Thank you so much! Love you and all your videos.
