That was a skinwalker

A skinwalker is from indian tribes of a shaman who went evil they are always hungry for human flesh they are never satisfied they also have another similar one to a skinwalker called the mimic which like the ski walker can take shapes of other animals though they look deformed have a rotten flesh smell and can sound like friends or family members to lure you to your death
