Why does a true story need a writer? Couldn't they just write what really happened?!
What abouts Maurice and guy they deserve mention to
ATTENTION: The Warrens involvement in this case is HUGELY exaggerated in this movie. In reality they were only there for half a day….at the most. And went back to America very quickly. They didn't "linger" around for days or weeks. The true hero/helper was Morris Gross who stuck with the case for months. Himself, and another gentleman, whose name escapes me. A one, "Guy Playfair?" An Author.
"I'm very grateful for giving us the chance to tell our true story." – Janet Hodgson. However, Conjuring 2 was only about 5% true to the facts of the case.

The American bloke who says a house in the middle of London- it’s on the edge of London . I Just get annoyed with over dramatising things especially when these people weren’t there and know nothing about the area etc. Anyway Janet unwittingly was a trance medium – she didn’t really have a choice. Bill took over her psyche. He hadn’t left the physical world and hadn’t wanted to. He was confused about where he was due to his aneurysm. He needed help to leave the Earth plane.

Nice video and great movies, But Conjuring 2 has nothing to do with what actually happened there! Warrens were there for a day! No demons were involved. This 'love in' with the Warrens is nauseating! Maurice Grosse and Guy Lyon Playfair were the real investigators who spent a year with the family. They did all the 'leg work'. The Warrens just swooped in and talked about how money could be made from the case! The Film treats Grosse like he's a deluded fool and leaves Playfiar out completely.
