✨ HOMEMADE COSMIC BROWNIES ✨
A nostalgic treat that’s even better than what you remember. Fudgy, rich, topped with creamy ganache and rainbow candy chips. Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients
Brownies:
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs (room temp)
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

Ganache Topping:
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
• Pinch of salt

Topping:
• 2–3 tbsp rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips (Wilton works great)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in sugars, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
3. Transfer to a large bowl. Whisk in vanilla, then eggs one at a time until thick and glossy.
4. Fold in flour and cornstarch. Spread into prepared pan.
5. Bake 20–22 minutes, until edges are set and center slightly jiggles. Cool completely.
6. Flip brownies to expose the bottom side for a flat surface.
7. For ganache: Heat cream in microwave (30 sec), pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 1 min, add pinch of salt, then stir until smooth.
8. Spread ganache over brownies.
9. Sprinkle with rainbow chips and chill 1–2 hours. Wipe knife between cuts for clean edges.
