  1. I don’t know if it’s an American thing but why so much sugar? Im German and I can only use 1/2 of granulated sugar or else I will literally seize from overconsumption 😂😂

  2. Hey guys, I made this brownies recipe and it didn’t turn out as I expected. I followed the recipe but I did add some coffee (for a more chocolatey flavour) and an extra yolk (for chewier and fudgier brownies). The brownies turned out way too cakey and didnt feel like a brownie at all. In terms of taste, it was pretty good but too cakey for me. 🥲
    I think a few reasons why the brownies could have turned cakey could be because baking soda, flour-to-fat ratio or even possibly because of the whipping eggs and sugar. Overall taste was not bad but I disliked the cakey texture. If you like cakey brownies you should definitely try this recipe 😊

  3. You know every brownie recipe comes from a hardcore brownie fan. Taste the batter if it doesn't taste like your favorite brownie somethings wrong. Only a truly brownie dan will know whats wrong 😌

    Is a chemical reaction and to get the top like that you need 2 things
    First a good balance with humidity in the recipe and second melting really well the sugar
