To The Imperial City | Oblivion Remastered | Wood Elf Witchhunter | Part 2

This is my FIRST EVER experience with Oblivion! Although I’ve played countless hours of Skyrim over the past decade, I never took the time to go back and play the previous games! I’m so excited to finally experience Cyrodiil through this Remaster!

Today, I make my way around the outskirts of the massive Imperial City before heading in to explore the city itself!

  1. I had the same first impression when I entered the Imperial City, it really does feel like a city, it makes the largest city in Skyrim look like just a residential complex.

The other cities in Cyrodiil are also beautiful, each with their own unique architecture.

  2. Interesting fact for Skyrim fans:
The entire oblivion main quest is part of the larger prophesy of the last Dragonborn.
    Specifically the following line:
“When the Dragonborn ruler loses his throne and the white tower falls”

  3. Regarding the fact that the architecture looks more developed in Cyrodiil than in a lot of Skyrim, even though this is centuries earlier – it's probably relevant that this is the seat of the empire.

  4. Male players exit the sewers and right for Weynon Priory. Female gamers exit and remark how pretty everything is, then wander around chasing butterflies and fireflies or staring at the aurora .

"Stealth archery " help you level in both sneaking and archery, and consistently deals more damage then straight on melee. Plus, the ability to sneak and pickpocket are crucial skills for Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild quests, and numerous others.

  5. To answer regarding your build: In combat you will want to use a summon to distract enemies and stay back and shoot them with your bow for the most part. You'll want a strong 'touch' range destruction spell for when enemies get too close. You aren't skilled in any particular armor so just wear whatever you can carry that gives you the best armor rating. You aren't particularly skilled in any melee weapon but if you want to use one, stick to short swords since their damage scales with agility, which you will be wanting to level for your archery anyway. I could go on, but that should be good enough for now.
