here is the recipe so you aren't wandering for it.

1C Sugar
1/4C Brown Sugar
6.5Tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
1 yolk
2tsp Vanilla extract
1/4C oil
1/2tsp salt
1/8tsp baking soda
1 1/4tbsp corn starch
1/2C ap flour
3/4C unsweetened cocoa powder
4oz chopped chocolate to cover

350F for 25minutes

I usually make my brownies in the evening since (in my opinion) they're ALWAYS better the next day. So I can make a batch, leave them overnight to cool and enjoy the most decadent, fudgy brownie with a cup of tea or coffee when I wake up.

Tip if you want brownies that are fudgier and have a bit more depth the their flavour:

Replace the neutral oil with butter that’s been browned a bit before hand; it serves the same purpose as the oil but doesn’t sacrifice the intensity of the flavour.
