OP WITCH HUNTER Anti-Mage Build Guide in Oblivion Remastered

Here is an OP WITCH HUNTER Anti-Mage Build Guide in Oblivion Remastered. Absorb magicka on your bow, and we can continuously attack from range and recover our own magic resources with ease. Pairing this with destruction magic alongside conjuration for summons, we got a lot of options when it comes to combat. You can also use a magica absorption dagger to be able to get your magic back if you prefer getting in close. Bows and magic work together very well, and combining this with stealth, we can do a ton of damage from range.

  1. Cool build, not traditional WH but everyone has a different flavor.

    I play WH too.
    Breton
    Ritual
    Premade WH class
    No armor only clothing
    No sneaking
    Conjuration for shield
    Weakness to poison spell
    Poisoned bow
    Enchanted arrows
All enchantments toward weakness to poison and Magicka.

It’s a glass cannon but even on expert at lv 30 it’s viable.

  2. Witchhunter was my favorite class in original Oblivion and I wanted to see someone build it out in the Remaster. This is pretty much how I did it back in the day, but I am glad to see a video of it and am inspired to do it again, so thank you!

  3. Nice overview. That said, it would have been interesting to see more of the less obvious things like what armor- and weapon enchantments you suggest.

  4. Spellcasters are easy to deal with, if you train illusion or alchemy. Then just enchant your weapon (doesn't have to be your main bow) with Silence, or make a Damage Health + Silence poisons (which you can pop only when you need to deal with a caster)

Silence is relatively easy, as far as alchemy ingredients go. Just Rice (literally any food vendor, or sacks anywhere) and Motherwort (entire way from Skingrad to Bravil – same as Peony and Nightshade needed for Damage Health… and also basically almost everywhere else on the map, it ain't that picky).

  5. Asking again cuz im bout to start this build and play thru the night (party hard):

What attributes should we focus on when leveling? Also systres or high rock if playing as a breton with atronach birthsign?

  6. I'm doing a khajiit merchant playthrough for my first one. I am taking personality and luck as my class abilities. Then for my skills I am taking speechcraft, mercantile, armorer, alchemy, athletics, acrobatics, and security.

  7. Why do you feel like Restoration is necessary to keep yourself alive when Alchemy is already in the premade WitchHunter class? I think opting for Alteration or Mysticism would be better to boarden the toolkit of the build.

  8. I decided to go for the Wood Elf as my Witch Hunter but I am the playing the class the way devs intended which means no armor skills and only using enchanted clothes for the shielding effect to get armor
