The house is currently under renovation and will soon be a beautiful home once again.
The owner, Barry, recently messaged a few people and requested in a polite manner that all explorers and paranormal investigators refrain from visiting the property.
This is because the house is now a building site and is unsafe to visit.

8:16 that tone after griff talks it almost resonates with his voice but it’s different. I’ve heard of this before, places have energy and so do spirits. I feel they they interact with our reality through energy available. Almost in a way that almost reminds me of physics when matter destroys itself and releases energy when coming in contact with it antimatter. Comes across the barrier as sound and interaction with devices that can detect it. Vibrations are energy and I think those two go hand in hand with paranormal activity
This house reminds me of the old farm house where Jeepers Peepers History Seekers saw that shadow being just staring at them.

Griff, you should probably have your heart checked out, if not your heart, then your nervous system, because what you're experiencing is similar to light-headedness which usually happens when your adrenaline spikes the first time in most investigations, and it might indicate an underlying issue in your body.

Fascinating. What an amazing building, thick with atmosphere, which you conveyed very well.
This investigation really shows the value of keeping quiet as much as possible when inside a property because sounds can be hard to pick up via the equipment even if they appear loud to you in person. Would it be a good idea not to describe sounds to one another until afterwards so that no expectations are built up and so that any repeat sounds could be heard?
I like the way Griff talks about energy, like the place is vibrating. All is frequencies. I believe if you tap into the right «channel» you may capture another level of excistense/ dimention/ time or something. Who knows how it works in this universe. Love your investigations! 😀👍🏼

What cracks me up, & I watch a lot of different paranormal investigator channels, is that the people searching for spirits or ghosts are quite afraid of spiders. Personally, I'd be more frightened of ghosts or demons. Spiders (especially those in the UK) are not dangerous to humans. But hey, maybe that's just me.
