The video of the dog disappearing is a very obvious cut or camera issue, and the video of the guy getting hit by an "invisible" car is a clear case of after effects masking. There are a few frames where the lines on the road are warped and the shadow is out of place on the ground.
The last one is a left hand drive car, he leaps out, the car crashes and he walks calmly away to fool the police into thinking he's just a pedestrian walking down the street.

The back bending knees is probably formed when cold air is on top of hot air, causing them to look like putting a pencil inside a glass of water.
The flying pedestrian was probably snagged by a fallen powerline or cable going from 11:30 to 4:30 direction on an analog clock (not time stamp on the video), note that white thing near the woman in violet, it also got lifted up at the same time as the flying pedestrian. It happens all the time in China, but with cars being lifted by 'invisible' fallen powerlines rather than people.

It looks like the event what seems a guy hit by a car really happened, it can be noticed by people around reactions, also the shadow of the guy who flyes away as being hit, it changes kind of adapting to the thing or 'vechile', something very curious is that after the guy stand up he makes a gesture towards the "vehicle" that hit him, like saying "I'm ok…" what intrigues me is the camera didn't show the car although almost anything on the video except the car or vehicle is shown…
