Poltergeist III

In spite of constant harassment and threats from beings from “the other side.” Carole Anne Freeling (Heather O’Rourke) is older now, self-possessed and enormously bright. She has been sent to live in a Chicago high-rise with her Uncle Bruce (Tom Skerritt) and his new wife, Pat (Nancy Allen). And Carol Anne still sees things… in mirrors, in reflective surfaces, and she just doesn’t want to discuss them. But who do you suppose has followed her to the Windy City? Reverend Kane and his evil flock want to abduct Carol Anne so she can lead them to “the other side.”

  1. The late Heather O’Rourke, gone way too soon, would have been 50 years old this coming December 🕰️💫😔…even though it was far too brief, we were so blessed to witness her on screen presence in the Poltergeist trilogy 🎬🤩..thank you Heather for the time you were able to gift us, Rest in Peace unforgettable little angel 💐🙏🏼

  2. She such a good actress the way she was able to act so good while going through her health issues really goes to show if she lived she would be right now one of the biggest stars we have so sad what happened but also very creepy at the same time her being chased by this demon/death in these movies seemed to invoke a certain energy to her and her crew members because tragedy’s happened and ofc tragedy’s always happen but all within the time frame of these 3 movies really was weird.

  3. If one questioned for a moment the performance of Julian Beck as Kane in the 2nd, take a look at his replacement. One of the absolute worst films I have ever seen in my life, top 100 bombs of s*** list

  4. This was considered the worst of the three, but I still like it better than 2, it has some very cool practical effects, and I love the whole thing with the mirrors. Mainly I like it because little Heather O’Rourke did an amazing job despite being so very sick. She must’ve been hurting the whole time.

Poor thing’s face was swollen up from the steroids they gave her because they thought she had Crohn’s disease, but she killed it in this movie. She was taken from us far too soon. Rest in Peace, Angel, and the many actors who also died. 💐

  5. For decades I believed that little girl passed away from a bowel obstruction on the operating table. Now I don't believe it. In hindsight, I think she was a victim of Hollywood like so many others. She has a very similar looks to Jon Benet Ramsey.

  6. I didn't know that Heather O'Rourke didn't finish this movie I knew in this movie she looked like she was kind of swollen and didn't look like herself I think they said it was kidney disease or something with her kidneys I'm not sure but it's a shame
