I don't know this house, I live in Canada. But either there were a lot of shadows on the stairs all night or your camera had to refocus time and time again. The curtain moving weirded me out.

But, what is weird, is that, to me, it sounds like someone is Tapping on glass either on that same window or just as close to him as possible. It sounds like thin glass but maybe bathroom mirror etc but it’s weird.

I would say that you need something that would generate an energy field in the house. There’s energy there but it’s low.
I’ve not seen this place before but…no word of a lie, as the camera panned to the nets across the window during your intro, I felt anger, and a sense of being trapped behind the walls and windows. The kitchen felt dark and very lonely, just from a quick view. There’s something underlying, a sense of control and emotional pain. I don’t know the history of the place but I’ve heard you mention it. There’s something about the place that is familiar.

I think some of the spirits have moved on. Maybe one left. that has no interest in communication . Maybe it's time for the house to be lived in again.
Great video Griff n Ste. I slept here overnight on my own in July 2021 after a Haunted Happenings tour. Some strange things happened, such as finding the front door unlocked after I had already locked it and left the key in! I also saw some flashes in the reflections off the glass in the living room, and when calling out upstairs I touched the doll in the bedroom-the ghost app I was using went crazy and said a lot of negative words!
When you're using the spirit box, pop a mic in the headphone so we can hear what your hearing too!
Just a suggestion, and you can decrease the noise volume in the editor, and bring it up when a voice comes through.
