this was incredible. the noises were actual noises not caused by you guys, it did sound like someone was there walking around.and no it couldnt have been rats, they dont make those distinct sounds.really incredible. and this is coming from someone who doesnt believe in ghosts hanging around for our amusement

I know it’s been two years but when Griff stands in the hallway and hears the walking sound you can see some type of light on the wall to the right. I think about the time “walking” pops up on the screen. I don’t believe there’s any windows. Time around 16:52

As usual – a fantastic investigation, the footsteps were unbelievable, but the bang you heard when you were in the basement was so loud that when it was replayed for us from upstairs it sounded less deeper !!!?? If you understand what im trying to say ….anyway thanks guys and please please go back there — before it gets boarded up and you cant get access because i think this place has much more to offer !?? By my logic, the spirit, maybe Cynthia, is caught upstairs. I think you should have answered her when she asked "Am I dead? Daddy". She might have confused Griff with her father, Griff emitting a father figure feeling, being strong and protective. There might have followed somewhat of a conversation there. Also, I think Griff should have sat on that chair in the upstairs room. Things started happening and evolving whenever Ste sat on the chair from the room he was in.
You guys rock! This investigation really seems to tie everything irrefutably. It has the most logic in responses that I've ever seen. Also love that you act as skeptics at the foundation, this gives me the most trust.
This is probably the best evidence I've seen of the paranormal in a very long time. I was watching this with my fiancé, and as soon as those footsteps run at Ste, I looked at my fiancé and said "those are baby feet (as in child)!" I would've screamed too if I heard that runningup on me lol, but it definitely made my skin crawl after the app asked the question "Am I dead, father?" 😱. I don't know how you could explain this away entirely. Whatever is there seemed very intelligent, or this was the strangest string of coincidences I've ever seen. Wow! 😲

Its a shame, in some ways, that you sort of break the contact when you get something to go lights on and walking off… Although, i understand the need to debunk the activity if it is not paranormal.

Anyone else see what looks like a shadow moving on the wall on the right? I thought Steve's shadow feom the other room but when we switch to his camera hes behind a different wall. So maybe Griff's shadow? Or maybe something else???
