Terrifying poltergeist activity in my haunted house. While not as active as usual the fact it moved something so big outside tells me its been building its energy up. Close to a week now with no activity. I hear noise on the stairs, i dont see anything there, no shadow ghosts. Then loud bangs on the back door, i go out, as i am walking back to the house the trampoline moves about 3 or 4 ft. Alexa starts, back to the sinister stuff and upstairs i come out of the bathroom and the door slams open behind me. I didnt have my camera with me.

I knew there was somet there coz when I was decorating the hall way I could feel something watching me n dodgy noises behind me me I got that weird shiver 🥶 n I just coupd sence it then my bedroom door open I was out of there man lol 😂
