Sounds like a glass slowly sliding on a counter 🤤 both quite creepy! The other is audio interference typically "paranormally induced" but easy to create also.
Russian video, legit. I think it was just a piece of string sitting on the ground. The force that came through did not look staged. Looked like some force just ran through it and crap went flying towards the cabinet. I would check that cabinet that whoever was trying to open. It could have been something in there of meaning to deceased people
