Smoke detectors emit pulses intermittently.. Alarm sensors also emit pulses, even when the alarm is dis-armed. Add the 2 together 🤔… melrem is a very questionable item. Just my opinion. 👻👻👻
How much are we trusting that the Haunted Happenings guy isn't activating the mel rem with a device in his pocket? His left hand was definitely in his pocket during the activations. Couldn't tell for sure if it was for all of them, but something I noticed.

I don’t want to wrongly accuse anyone but during all the rempod activity at the top of the stairs, Jack from haunted happenings has his hand in his pocket. He could be triggering the device. Unfortunately I don’t trust hands in pockets around Mel Rem or Rempod devices. He should have been asked to remove his hand/hands from them, I immediately found him shifty and he works for a very large company that promote a large portfolio of properties. I trust you Ste and Griff, it’s such a shame that the Mel Rem activity has to now be pulled into question.

I've always said that an interesting experiment would be that if someone experiences something, to write it down, then see if the other persons verbal response tallies with what was written. That way it would negate the possibility of auto suggestion and make for some great evidence, and content!*!❤

I believe that the rem pod going off several times in the beginning of the video, seemed more like an angry and upset spirit who didn't want you there, and not a child playing with it. I watched you for a long time and you guys never found anything or didn’t believe in anything especially Griff. All he would do is sit in a chair and put his feet up. What was the point where you guys decided you were going to believe? I’ve seen you guys did a video that ghost theory did and because you guys didn’t get as much as they did you didn’t believe that was a haunted place. Or you thought they were making it up. I saw the video they did and the video you did. I don’t think they could’ve fake that stuff because they have cameras facing each other and all over the place. I used to work alone in a GP 's practice almost identical to this. Big, old victorian house with a garden and cellar. It had 6 surgeries as well as admin etc and it was hands down the creepiest place I've ever had to be. I never actually saw anything, but the feeling of being watched and not being alone was too much and i left after a couple of years, purely because of my unease. I shudder when i think of it now. It's been turned into apartments now and I'd love to know if any of the residents have experienced anything strange. Definitely one of my least favourite jobs.

I actually tested it and was unable to confirm it even uses the technology in the device it claims to use.
I also discovered that over 50% of the words it spit out were paranormal in nature. And there are many many more issues.

I understand it’s good for viewer retention, but I think it actively takes away from the point of the investigation (finding proof of the paranormal). All that aside enjoyed the video. See you in there’s one.
