My name is Dorian Deathly, and I work as a tour guide and educator in the city of York – the most haunted city in the whole country.
Like many of us, I find myself suddenly with a lot of time on my hands. I work in tourism and schools, both of which have ceased to exist for a while. Hopefully not long, but until then I must do something to stop myself from climbing the walls.
Join me, as I stream myself out into the internet. I have many stories to tell! Hauntings, executions, betrayal and… perhaps I’ll skip the stuff about the Black Death for this one.

Did a ghost walk with this company on Wednesday. Our guide was welsh David who was brilliant.

Hello! So this was the first ever tour I ran, and a few of the facts are slightly off… blame nerves, adrenaline, the dread of an impending pandemic. No need to point them out in the comments, I know where they are!
Did haunted York have audio playing in each room and then the doors would open automatically to go to the next room? I remember something like that vividly and always wondered where it was!

This video popped up in my YouTube feed this very night. Dame Judy Dench lived in Acomb, where my Grandma grew up and if memory serves me correct, her father was a doctor. I also lived in York for many years and have some very spooky tales to share.

Hi Dorian, I love going to York and hearing the ghost stories and the history, we stopped at the hilton on piccadilly there is a pub across the road called the red lion can you tell me anything about it if it’s haunted.
