Walking around this place definitely has some creepy vibes in certain spots… can’t wait to experience Point Cook Homestead at night!

Did you just jump the fence?
I have done the ghost tour here many years ago now,All I can say is there is so much energy and the experiences and photos we had and captured were phenomenal.I went up the ladder in those stables to look into the loft. Friend had an experience being touched in the middle horse stall on a solo attempt. Those buildings with the small rooms rabbiters hut etc were full of activity too.The meat locker/ fish pool room was creepy.And inside the homestead itself there were two rooms in particular that had some interesting activity going on aswell. It's great seeing someone else having a look see out at that place.
Alot of spirit box readings seem to be from the radio as it does scan the radio frequencies. Not sure how many are actually paranormal. Also not sure if spirits would understand slang like "hanging out"
Live around the corner from here. Visited many times by myself during the day and night. Can definitely feel the energy

What a beautiful day for a walk. To bad your back was hurting. I can relate, mine is always aching. lol
As I have said previously, my hearing sucks so, I was unable to hear any disembodied voices or growls except what was said through the S Box of course.
Wide variety of plant life around that property from pine cones to palm trees and beyond. So cool. JD seems like a nice fellow and what an awesome walking stick he found for you! It is beautiful! I would give it a wash and then when it was completely dry you might want to shellac it to prolong the life span. Definitely one of a kind. 😀
This is just a wild guess but when I saw that trailer with the tub in the middle and a little motor on the side, I immediately thought of some kind of watering device. Maybe it was used before they installed the underground device? Like I said, just a wild guess.

What a really neat place. Phar Lapp is famous, I do remember watching a movie about him. Thank you for bringing us along for the tour…great catches, but that growl was creepy!
