Valaverse Action Force: The Ultimate Collector’s Guide to the Modern Military Action Figure Line
Valaverse Action Force is a premium 1:12 scale action figure line created by toy designer Bobby Vala, delivering some of the most detailed and articulated military-style figures on the market today. Built for collectors, Action Force blends nostalgia with innovation, paying homage to the original Palitoy Action Force while forging a new identity for modern toy enthusiasts.
The Origins of Valaverse Action Force
The Valaverse brand was founded by Bobby Vala, a veteran toy designer known for his work on Hasbro’s G.I. Joe and Marvel Legends lines. After Hasbro moved away from the 1:18 scale and traditional military aesthetics, Bobby saw an opportunity to bring collectors the kind of figures they wanted—realistic, military-inspired action figures with top-tier sculpting, accessories, and articulation.
After a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2019, Action Force was officially launched, bringing fans a diverse lineup of soldiers, mercenaries, and special ops characters, all with unique weapons, gear, and backstories. The line quickly gained a loyal following, rivaling major toy brands with its attention to detail and premium features.
What Makes Valaverse Action Force Stand Out?
The Action Force line is more than just another set of military action figures—it is collector-focused, with an emphasis on quality and customizability. Key features include:
Highly Articulated Figures: With over 30 points of articulation, Action Force figures are built for dynamic posing and realistic combat stances.
Premium Accessories & Weapons: Every figure comes with a removable vest, swappable hands, and an arsenal of detailed weapons, making them some of the most well-equipped figures in the market.
Customizable Loadouts: With a vast range of weapon packs, gear sets, and head sculpts, collectors can mix and match to create their ultimate military force.
Realistic Sculpting & Paint Applications: Action Force figures feature hyper-detailed sculpts, fabric textures, and realistic camouflage patterns, bringing a level of realism rarely seen in action figures.
Strong Collector Community: The Valaverse brand has built a dedicated fanbase, engaging directly with collectors through live streams, fan polls, and exclusive reveals.
The Action Force Roster: Key Figures & Characters
The Action Force universe is populated with original characters, each with a unique backstory, faction, and role in the evolving Valaverse storyline. Some of the most popular figures include:
Troop Builder Packs: These allow collectors to create their own custom squads, from urban combat units to desert warfare teams.
Weapons Packs: Additional guns, melee weapons, and holsters to customize figures even further.
Vehicles & Diorama Accessories: The introduction of tactical crates, riot shields, and transport vehicles has helped bring the Action Force universe to life.
Crossover Figures: Action Force has partnered with well-known industry figures like Tim Kennedy (UFC fighter and military veteran) and Desert Rat (inspired by YouTuber Analog Toys) to bring real-world personalities into the toy line.
Action Force vs. G.I. Joe Classified Series
Many collectors compare Valaverse Action Force to Hasbro’s G.I. Joe Classified Series, as both lines offer 6-inch military-style figures. However, Action Force has set itself apart with:
Superior Weapon Design: Unlike Hasbro’s futuristic G.I. Joe weapons, Valaverse features realistic firearms modeled after real-world guns.
Higher Attention to Detail: Action Force figures come with more accessories, realistic paint apps, and modular gear options.
Better Articulation: Many collectors prefer the posing capabilities of Action Force figures over the Classified Series.
Deeper Collector Engagement: Bobby Vala actively communicates with fans, taking feedback directly into account when designing new figures.

What do we think of the secret wave?
Bro, I'm over 20 years old, what the hell are men in military uniforms and weapons. I need pretty girls with guns
Hey can you give an opinion on the M.A.S.K. toys and what would you have done and how much you would charge if you were to get the license ? Just curious about your opinion.
Valaverse should team up with Ubisoft to create the many versions of Splinter Cell operator suits.
Everybody always complains that they want retro toys and valaverse does not look like the toys i had a kid im adult wanting my toy fix not new ones?
These looks so sick, haven't had the pleasure of getting one. I need order one or two. Didn't get the toys i wanted as a kid lol. So i buy them now .
I like the new wave and just placed an order for some figures. A while back I ordered your large metal tin that came with 70+ weapons so good on weapons for a bit.
Also thanks for releasing a fix to let the turret aim up and down. That was great.
Will there be a Kerak again? Got into the line a little late and love that design but it is a bit pricey on secondary markets.
Well looks like I’m going to have to pick a couple of those up tomorrow
Already ordered the black camo ones wooof
For the love of all that is holy! Give us a medic already.
Will there be a desert rat reissue?
Too much 🔥….call in the trucks! 🚒💦
Cool stuff. You mentioned doing some WWII characters, that's a great idea. The GI Joe team is missing the mark by not re-visiting this era and is really missing out by not doing something inspired by the Adventure Team era. hint…hint…😁
Hoho, weapons pack Juliet and Kilo.Yasss more Pretoria hardware and Crimson Shadow personnel.Good stuff Bobby !!! 😁🤙
Do you have any plans for adding other Spec Ops guys besides Tim Kennedy? DJ Shipley, Pat McNamara, Jocko Willink, etc? Or Spec ops guys in street clothes with all their gear? Navy seals in blue jeans was a Vietnam era thing. But it would look cool.
I was a Sonar Technician in the United states navy. I was also a member of my ships VBSS/ Visit Board Search and Seizure team. We conducted MIO Maritime Interdiction Operations. Im not sure if you will be doing any future Naval figures other than the one you featured but i would be very happy to give any input or ideas from my experience to help. I have lots of photos fro my time in the navy. As a Mechanical breecher, I carried a shotgun and 9mm. I used things like a PECU Portable Exothermal Cutting Unit, quickie saw ext. I just love your figures so much.
im a 47 yo disabled veteran who still has dreams of playing with his GI Joes as a kid. They were all stolen from me by an ex girlfriend 30 years ago unfortunately. I only receive my disability now from the VA so ill prob never be able to afford these action figures. I just want to say tho, they are so very beautiful. I was lucky enough to get to live out my dream of serving my country as a real life action figure. May god bless you and your team for bringing joy to so many future war fighters. Its because of people like you, that inspire kids like me to go on and live that dream.
omg i just found your channel and wow those figures are so beautiful
your vvolume need to be turned up on your input volume please its so quiet
Thinking about picking up some of these troopers
New logo is killer!
Your smug attitude is off putting.
Action force is awesome👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I like the idea of making a BAR. Although that is not one used by the U.S. The U.S. version didnt have that grip on it and the furnature is closer to what is on a Polish or other European version.
It really looks like a mix of multiple variations of this rifle.
I like this toyline but these molds are milked more than the male population in Bonnie Blue's neighborhood. The weapons packs are a really good idea though.
