Both. You need to use a moisturizer after the essence. So I suggest you use the COSRX moisturizer as they work so well together. It's not one thing or the other. The essence cannot replace a moisturizer.

Can breast feeding women use this creams.

I jus purchased the all in one cream alone. I already have a locally handmade serum i tried using before I put on the all in one. First time i tried it my skin broke out the next day it looked like the breakout diminished significantly. Sometimes i just use my CeraVe cleanser and then the all in one or the the serum after washing then the all in one. I live in the Caribbean and i find it works best when in in ac or cool environments

you can’t just “choose one” between the two as essence and cream are totally different things. an essence is like a serum that hydrates your skin while a cream is a moisturizer that hydrates AND locks in moisture into your skin. and a Moisturizer is Essential for a skincare routine while an essence is not. therefore, if you don’t have a moisturizer already, you should always choose the cream. and if you already have a moisturizer, you should choose the essence as you don’t need two different moisturizers.

I have sensitive skin with acne and pores. Lately my face skin is coming of with thin layer .Do I should use any of them??
