For a while now, we have questioned if anything still haunts 30 East Drive after many failed attempts trying to capture paranormal activity.
On this occasion, we are certain that the poltergeist of 30 East Drive is still there and very much active, this changes everything for us as we now know what ever haunts this house, is still lurking within!
I've binge watched a lot of your videos. I liked you guys quite a bit. This video really made me cringe, because Griff wanted to sit out in the car with that girl instead of be your paranormal partner. I was shocked at his reaction and BLATEN disregard for you. Errrr it actually made me mad for a minute and I felt horrible for you Steven. I don't think I want to watch anymore of your videos quite frankly. I'm at 30:39. I'll finish it out and try to give Griff the benefit of the doubt. But that really turned me off. If he doesn't save grace by the end, this will be the last time I watch your videos. That scene was appalling.
Could it be Carol next door who can have access to the loft area? I once owned semi where the loft was through both of our homes and we shared it. And we could hear them when they were up there.
Where can we see the Tap Turning itself On and Your Phone smashed into bits on the floor and also The Child Steve saw? And why are the Childs Pushchairs in that bedroom when no one lives in it and they are not in the room in all the other Channels who video the house. I lived in a house will paranormal activity in fact it attacked my wife and me moved a few things in front of witnesss but due to circumstances we had to leave and it was demolished BUT I think the land Plot / Area is still active

This house is the biggest money-making scam in Yorkshire, It is owned by a guy who charges to allow people to investigate the property, its been left just as the family left it 40 years ago, the electricity is on the heating is on its carefully managed it uses old paranormal stories to attract visitors. why would the so-called black monk take up residence in an ex-council house in the middle of a housing estate and how much did you pay to do the investigation?
You would be better off actually living there for a week. Do an Asda shop, stock the cupboards and just forget you are at 30ED. Maybe what spirits are there are sick to death (excuse the pun) of being asked to perform like a trick dog. You would stand more chance of seeing something big then. Ghosts tend to perform incidentally, not as a centre stage performer. Trust me, I know.

Hi, do you genuinely believe there is paranormal activity here? I know you have been there loads of times, sometimes its been quiet & sometimes its been busy. Im akeptical but have annopened mind. There is quite a bit of talk that East Drive is just a money earner the owner is doing really well financially & so is Carol next door. There is talk of the house being rigged & people are being ripped off. There is slso talk that this goes back as far as the pritchards living here, i think thats their name, they saw an opportunity to make money so made stuff up there has never been a Monk, there was never any poltergeist activity. You seem genuine paranormal investigators so what do you really think? I hope you see this & please this is no disrespect to you two just your opinion. I do suscribe & i genuinely love your videos but i get the impression you dont like me after i got a terse reply from Ste a few weeks ago when i was on their side! Just be careful who you collaborate with thats all i was saying & so were others. ❤😊

My husband is convinced that Griff is just experiencing a spasm while sleeping. He said the spasm is happening in his chest and shoulders and that is causing his arms to move down and to the sides, thus putting pressure/force on his chest. That's why it looks like something pushed down on him. My husband stops breathing during sleep as well but doesn't use a machine. He says that he's been awakened by this same type of spasm. This is obviously the most plausible explanation for what happened while Griff was sleeping.
As for everything else, I have a few thoughts on possible causes but I don't know enough about the house to know if they make sense. The footage of the sounds on and around the locked-off camera made me feel very uncomfortable while watching it and I don't get that feeling often. Perhaps it really was paranormal but I think there are explanations that haven't been pinpointed yet. Until all rational explanations are ruled out I can't accept it as paranormal.
At 35:00 you hear a child’s voice giggling .
