How come my shock burst and galvanic shards don't have a dps tool tim on my skill screen?

What runes is he using?
I switched from a grenade build to this build, and I regret it. I clear maps much faster and enjoy it more, but when it comes to bosses or certain rare monsters, I feel completely powerless and can’t deal any damage.
Im act I cruelty lvl. How to shock bosses effectively with witchunter, cuz atm my shock rate is awful :<

One question why didn't you take the lightning damage tree right in the middle that is on route

So tired of grenades I’m gonna try this mate, cheers, just reached act 3 on cruel and level 60 but grenades are getting a bit boring

this build sucks for levelling. Wasted so much gold respeccing before and after. Also is relies heavily on weapon.
Hopefully an update on this build soon i just hit lvl 76!
