  1. "If you're not a witch, you have nothing to fear."
    "Yes, m'lord"
"How did you get that scar, peasant? "
"Well, m'lord, there was a fire in my lord's manor. I was a stable hand, m'lord, and was helping with putting out the fire when I heard the cry of an infant. I ran into the burning building and managed to save the child, but I was hit by a burning piece of wood."
"That's the excuse a witch would give to cover up the mark of a witch. Burn him at the stake!"
"M'lord, I swear it's the truth! Ask anyone in the village, they can…"
"It's worse than I thought, this is a village of witches! Burn it all down!!!"
"Witch hunter, I'm the noble whose child was saved by this man. I can attest to the…"
"By Sigmar, even the nobility is involved? This corruption runs deeper than I feared! Call reinforcements, we can't allow anyone to escape! "

  2. What happened to the secret cults of Slannish? The perverted gathering in hidden steads. Where men and women that embrace to the Dark price..

    Karaz-A-Karak
    Still stands.😊

  3. Human peasants in the WH world have the s*** end of the stick. How do they live in small settlements right next to vampire land? No one’s going to spend war funds to protect them unless that spot has strategic value and it’s like free zombie real estate for vamps.

  4. Huge Van Helsing vibes here as befitting the Holy Order of the Templars of Sigmar, perfect for Halloween. I like the short stories covering an individual. Keep it up, it immerses the listener ever deeper in the Wahammer World.

  5. Am I to understand that this is basically a fan fiction story with Wolfram Webb being a fan-made character? Because if so, well written! As an aspiring writer I'd love to take a whack at something like this myself! ❤️❤️❤️

  6. Considering the types of enemies, they face are witch hunters able to bring along followers for aid, similar to how inquisitors in 40k use their retinues to assist them in their investigations or to provide extra firepower?

  7. Would love a short story of an Ork Warboss leading a minor Waagh! through the Black Fire Pass.

    That could be funny.

“You wot?! Deez skinny hoomans still up for a foight? Summin’ crazy ‘bout this lot!”

  8. Sometimes I just want a story about the life of a peasant in … Averland(whatever). Don't no bloodshed, just some in universe look at how a common life looks like. This is something that is, in my opinion, missing greatly from Warhammer(in general). We have more than enough adventures and wars, but what about more everyday stuff?

With that said, thank you for the nice short story.
