I really don’t believe the guy who is supposed the “property owner”, because he doesn’t have any evidence that he actually owns that house legally, like the deeds to that place. If he doesn’t own it, then it’s open to the public.

Even though he's still guilty, his fine has been paid and justice has been satisfied! The judge was both merciful and just. This is what Jesus did for sinners. While fully God and fully man, Jesus lived a sinless life. In love He took the wrath of God and penalty for sin on Himself on the Cross. Then He rose from the grave, showing the penalty paid. 

What should you do? God commands you to repent and trust in Jesus ALONE. Don't trust in "good works.” Cry out to God for mercy and put your faith in Jesus, confessing and forsaking sins. God will change your heart so you will desire Holiness. Make peace with God today; you may not have tomorrow. Eternity is worth much more than a MILLION DOLLARS!

As that was really cool care home with some cool stuff in it. But a shame no chance for activity. I'll share my experience at work this week in the Victorian haunted house I clean. Back in the week the door on room no6 started to knock repeatedly and slammed shut. (I have video of that event) Then I smelled tobacco smoke. (The building is an NHS Mental health unit, so no smoking) Then later in the week I heard music when no one was around and footsteps. Then Friday I cleaned a toilet and left cleaning fluid in it to soak over the weekend. But had to return later to the toilet and the toilet had flushed on it's own confirming this because the water was clear. Again no one in the building, as I'm cleaning alone.
If this unit ever closes I'll try and keep the keys and invite the team to investigate it. When I went for the job. In the interview I was asked if I had a problem with it being haunted? I almost said I'd work for nothing!

A different angle and just my thoughts: Makes you wonder if that neighbour has hidden a body in there, the smell seemed extremely strong to be rats and he was absolutely desperate to keep you out of there. I’d report the smell if I were you.
I know I’m going to get a lot of flack for my comment, just thinking outside the box. I was shocked at how you all reacted to the smell.

Strange to see 2 nice coppers, been watching to many auditing videos. In all fairness, they were sound. First time watching this kind of video, made a change. Well done to you all.
