Budget is in the title because this was right before I was going to dump another 10 divs into the build and I felt like that was unnecessary for you guys.
Wouldn’t having two cast on shocks one with ball lightning and lightning warp be insane with added cast speed? Obviously you would need a lot of mana regen and mana on kill but I could see that insta clearing kind of like a flicker strike

1:33 my problem is I can't find support gems now that I switched builds. And I kept getting stunned so I had to take off my rarity charm. So it took me like 4 hours of farming with only finding a single support before I broke down and asked global for a couple freebies (got 3 to finish the switch for now, switched to this setup from sparchmage stormweaver)

This Three Dragons Helm item was legitimately listing and selling for 1 exalt last week and now people are listing it for 2 divine orbs. This game's economy is cooked.
Better to spec around the cold tree in the top right* and get the socket around there. its the same amount of points
is there a version of this build that doesn't require Spriggan Form?
fun setup! I think I would use shockburst rounds for single target DPS with weapon swap. Lightning warp aoe clear seems super solid
High budget build guides are good and fun IF you also have videos showing your progress up to that point.

Hi Dread, I noticed that your weapon swap set only shows 22 skill points, but it should be 24. Are you aware of this, or have you checked whether you've completed all the quests?

Hey, what do you think about using the unique helmet Myris Uxor which increases the culling strike threshold by 100%? It's an evasion based helmet so I don't know if it'd help with tankiness tho
