Buddy and I really enjoyed the first film to be quite honest. We didn't have any issues with the story, but the marketing for it wasn't that great to be honest. I'm glad they're finally making a sequel for it.

Cool movie. It also has deleted scenes. Not much was wrong anyway. It just didn't have enough to get us understand the lore

I heard about the Last Witch Hunter, saw the trailer once, never really heard about it again. Seems like it just went under the radar like that new Milla Jovovich and Dave Batista movie. Hollywood has clearly run out of ideas so they must think that the logical thing to do is to make sequels to movies most people dont care about, waste of money if you ask me, even with a reduced budget.
Diesel is very popular worldwide… at one point he had the most Facebook fans in the world. Foreign viewers probably don't realize the movie was bad lol.

I liked it, I think the world they set up in the movie might've made an interesting videogame (If done right).
I'm excited for the new one; I liked the first one. I bought it and rewatch it on occasion. It was done well and is a fun watch. There are a lot of movies or shows that don’t do well initially, but gain a cult fanbase that keeps them alive afterwards.
I didnt mind it not a great movie was slightly entertaining. Maybe they should make another Solomon Kane, as well as Season of the Witch I'm sure Nicholas Cage needs the money.😂 The only Vin Diesel film I really liked was the original XXX.

Tbh that’s kinda my feeling about this.
I bought the movie without seeing it in theaters, and I really enjoyed it. It is a great movie, and I watch it whenever I want to watch something that has action mixed with supernatural elements. I have watched it at least 20 times in the last year at least. The fact that people continue to bash on it boggles my mind.
I really enjoy (yes, still – I watch it a few times a year) that movie and its setting! I'm actually excited for a follow-up!
Compared to much of the stuff I see released , I will welcome this movie. the first movie was actually quite entertaining, nothing wrong with it IMHO.

Mr. H, I didn't hate it, wasn't expecting Meryl Streep to do multiple accents, the Dingo ate her baby, but it wasn't bad, and I will watch the sequel.
