  1. I very much believe, that salt inst for no damn flavor, but to kill any bacteria that may come from the eggs in the recipe, even more if the dough is not cooked enough.

  2. "why does it look like that?" really dude..? Air. That's why. They literally tell you to "beat the hell" out of the eggs. You just need a hand mixer. All this ad revenue and you still don't have a hand mixer or a stand mixer 😂

  3. Ya'll… I went to make this cookie the other day, and as I was thinking to myself, "hmm, what should I whisk the egg with?" I instinctively started looking for a ligma fork 😭 I'm cooked, i fear

  4. Why would you waste butter with the parchment paper like that? If that butter isn't touching the brownie, why even bother? A buttered crust is best and that paper is getting in the way just for "clean removal" like anyone actually takes the brownie out of the pan. Only "chefs" remove the whole thing and cut it into pieces. Everyone else just cuts the piece they want out of the pan and covers the rest.

    Those last steps bug me too. Whack the brownie to make it even more dense when cake-like is superior? Nah, you're crazy Tasty. Adding salt clumps to the top? Sweet and salty never works. Keep that horrible trend away from my baked goods.
